Who said kids need to be quiet and walk in an orderly fashion while in school? This Manitoba school finds the opposite to be more effected. They’ve created a sensory halls in order to help kids who are fidgety and have energy to burn. Kids are encouraged to have fun going through the path’s plan, hopping, squatting, crawling and doing push-ups along the floor.
If kids are fidgeting in class, teachers are allowed to have them go through the path to burn off some energy.
“The school’s principal, Brandy Chevalier, says the path is important to keep the kids healthy by giving them more opportunities to be active.”
Who’s on board for making this happen here?
